The projection walls

The room you train in
is not fixed

The walls are the thing people notice first. They run floor to ceiling along the training floor, and what is on them changes — open water, a city at night, a forest under snow.

It sounds like a gimmick until you have done a long conditioning piece staring at a blank wall. Where you think you are changes how long the set feels. That is the entire justification, and it is enough of one.

The overhead rig works the same way: colour and intensity that move with the session rather than one flat setting from open to close.
